Kallapia is directly imported form Indonesia. It is a dense wood that is easy to work. It has striking white/yellow sapwood with nice eyes. The heartwood is a darker brown with nice eyes. Wood is air dried, some blanks moisture content will vary.

Moisture content is around 10 to 14%.
All blanks are cut to size and are ready to turn.
